Constantly challenging her art making process, using experimentation and elements drawn from over a decade of art making, it is clear that Marilyn Reeman has drawn her inspiration from nature and the impact of urban society.
With an intuitive approach to form, shape, texture, composition, balance and colour the current work suggests an ongoing expoloration into a more meditative and sparse aesthetic expressing both nature, our urban environment and the impact created and experienced by us all.
